slovip processes all personal data in compliance with RA 10173 and the National Privacy Commission's implementing rules. Your rights as a data subject are fully recognized and respected.
No Data Selling
slovip does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketers. Your data is used solely to operate and improve the platform and to comply with legal obligations.
Encrypted Storage
Passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing. Sensitive financial data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard TLS 1.2+ protocols across all slovip systems.
Your Data Rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data held by slovip, as well as the right to object to certain types of processing. Requests are handled within 15 business days.
Defined Retention Periods
slovip retains personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, and for the minimum periods required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulatory obligations.
Breach Notification
In the unlikely event of a personal data breach that poses a real risk to your rights, slovip will notify affected players and the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach.
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to the slovip website at slovip.win and all associated services, mobile applications, and features operated by or on behalf of slovip ("slovip," "we," "us," "our"). It governs how we collect, process, use, store, disclose, and protect the personal information of all registered players, website visitors, and other individuals whose data we hold ("you," "your," "data subject").
This Policy is issued in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 ("DPA"), and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, as administered by the National Privacy Commission ("NPC"). slovip is registered as a personal information controller under applicable Philippine data protection law.
By using slovip, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in this Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with Section 10 below.
2. Personal Data We Collect
slovip collects the following categories of personal data:
2.1 Registration and Identity Data
- Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification;
- Date of birth (required for age verification — players must be 21+);
- Registered mobile number and email address;
- Residential address (province, city/municipality, barangay);
- Government-issued ID number and ID document images (collected during KYC verification).
2.2 Financial Data
- GCash account number, PayMaya account reference, or bank account details (BDO, BPI, Metrobank) used for deposits and withdrawals;
- Transaction records including deposit amounts, withdrawal requests, bonus credits, and betting activity denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP);
- Source of funds declarations where required by anti-money laundering regulations.
2.3 Technical and Usage Data
- IP address and approximate geographic location derived therefrom;
- Device type, operating system, browser version, and screen resolution;
- Session logs, login timestamps, and session duration;
- Game activity logs, bet history, and wagering patterns;
- Cookie identifiers and similar tracking technology data (see Section 7).
2.4 Communications Data
- Content of support chat transcripts, emails, and other communications sent to slovip;
- Survey responses and feedback submitted voluntarily through the platform;
- Marketing preference settings and communication opt-in/opt-out records.
3. How We Collect Your Data
slovip collects personal data through the following means:
- Directly from you — when you register an account, complete KYC verification, make a deposit or withdrawal, contact support, or respond to a survey;
- Automatically through your use of the platform — via server logs, session analytics, and cookies placed on your device (see Section 7);
- From payment processors — GCash, PayMaya, and Philippine banks provide transaction confirmation data to slovip as part of processing your deposits and withdrawals;
- From identity verification providers — third-party KYC service providers process your ID documents and return verification results to slovip. These providers are bound by contractual data processing agreements;

5. Legal Basis for Processing
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act, slovip processes your personal data on the following legal bases:
- Contractual necessity — processing required to enter into or perform the player account contract, including account setup, payment processing, and game provision;
- Legal obligation — processing required to comply with applicable Philippine law, including AML regulations, PAGCOR regulatory obligations, tax reporting, and data breach notification requirements;
- Legitimate interests — processing for fraud prevention, security monitoring, responsible gaming surveillance, and platform analytics, where these interests are not overridden by your data protection rights;
- Consent — processing for marketing communications and non-essential cookies, where you have provided freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent. You may withdraw consent at any time through your account settings without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
6. Data Sharing and Disclosure
slovip does not sell your personal data. We may share your data with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to appropriate data processing agreements:
- Payment processors — GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other authorized Philippine payment service providers, for processing deposits and withdrawals;
- KYC and identity verification providers — third-party vendors engaged to verify player identity and age in compliance with PAGCOR and AML requirements;
- Game software providers — RNG game and live dealer platform providers who operate games accessible through slovip may receive anonymized player session data for game integrity purposes;
- Regulatory and law enforcement authorities — PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission, and law enforcement agencies, where disclosure is required by law, court order, or regulatory direction;
- Professional advisors — lawyers, auditors, and accountants engaged by slovip, bound by professional confidentiality obligations;
- Successor entities — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all of slovip's assets, player data may be transferred to the successor entity, subject to equivalent data protection standards.
All third-party data processors engaged by slovip are required to process personal data only on slovip's documented instructions and in compliance with applicable Philippine data protection law.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
slovip uses cookies and similar tracking technologies (collectively, "cookies") to operate the platform, maintain login sessions, detect fraud, and analyze user behavior in aggregate. The following categories of cookies are used:
- Strictly necessary cookies — essential for the platform to function, including session management and security tokens. These cannot be disabled without preventing access to the platform;
- Functional cookies — remember your preferences such as language settings and display options;
- Analytics cookies — collect aggregated, anonymized data about how players interact with the platform, used to improve performance and usability;
- Marketing cookies — where you have consented, used to deliver relevant promotional content on the slovip platform.
You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling non-essential cookies will not affect your ability to use the core gaming and account functions of slovip.
8. Data Retention
slovip retains personal data for the following minimum periods, or longer where required by law:
- Account and identity data — retained for the duration of your active account, plus five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with AML and PAGCOR record-keeping requirements;
- Financial transaction records — retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the transaction date, as required by Philippine AML law;
- KYC documentation — retained for a minimum of five (5) years following submission, or longer if required by a specific regulatory instruction;
- Support communications — retained for two (2) years from the date of the last communication, or until resolution of any related dispute, whichever is later;
- Marketing consent records — retained until withdrawn, plus two (2) years for evidentiary purposes.
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized using industry-standard methods.
9. Data Security
slovip implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include:
- Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.2 or higher) for all data transmitted between your device and slovip's servers;
- Encryption at rest for sensitive personal and financial data;
- One-way cryptographic hashing for password storage;
- Access controls limiting data access to slovip personnel with a legitimate need;
- Regular internal security audits and vulnerability assessments;
- Incident response procedures aligned with NPC breach notification requirements.
While slovip takes all reasonable steps to protect your data, no internet-based system can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for notifying slovip immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.
10. Your Data Subject Rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by slovip:
- Right to be informed — to know what personal data slovip holds about you and how it is processed;
- Right of access — to request a copy of the personal data slovip holds about you;
- Right to rectification — to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
- Right to erasure — to request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to legal retention obligations;
- Right to data portability — to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used format for transfer to another controller, where technically feasible;
- Right to object — to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing or where processing is based on legitimate interests;
- Right to withdraw consent — to withdraw any consent previously given without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal.
To exercise any of these rights, contact slovip's Data Protection Officer at the address in Section 13. Requests will be processed within fifteen (15) business days. Where a request cannot be fulfilled or is subject to limitation, slovip will provide a reasoned written explanation.
11. Children's Privacy
slovip is strictly a platform for adults aged 21 years and above. slovip does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from an underage individual, we will immediately close the associated account, delete the data, and return any deposited funds at our discretion in accordance with applicable law.
If you believe that slovip may have inadvertently collected data from a person under the age of 21, please contact us immediately at the details provided in Section 13.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
slovip reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or platform features. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this Policy.
Material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or our data processing obligations — will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least fourteen (14) days prior to the change taking effect. Continued use of the slovip platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
