Real-Money Platform

Account Responsibility

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and slovip ("slovip," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the slovip website at slovip.win and all associated services, games, and features provided thereon.
By accessing the slovip platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.
Important: These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
2. Eligibility
To register and maintain an account on slovip, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- You are at least 21 years of age, which is the minimum legal gambling age in the Republic of the Philippines;
- You are a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law;
- You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
- You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of slovip or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or game suppliers;
- You have not previously been excluded from the slovip platform or had an account closed for cause;
- You are not acting on behalf of any other person, entity, or third party.
slovip reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed.
Registration, play, and access to the platform by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. Any account found to be held by an underage player will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposited funds may be returned at slovip's sole discretion, subject to applicable law.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Single Account Policy
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the slovip platform. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, contact details, or payment methods, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds therein.
3.2 Accuracy of Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, registered mobile number, and residential address. You are obligated to promptly update your account information whenever it changes. slovip may refuse service or close accounts where false or misleading information has been provided.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. slovip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify slovip support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
slovip is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo identification (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method before a withdrawal is processed. slovip reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
slovip accepts deposits in Philippine Pesos (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. slovip does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or payment methods not listed on the platform at the time of transaction.
Deposits are credited to your slovip account balance upon confirmed receipt of funds. slovip bears no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or telecommunications network interruptions.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are displayed on the platform at the time of request. slovip reserves the right to require KYC verification to be completed before processing any withdrawal.
slovip reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, or if the request is subject to a regulatory hold.
4.3 Currency
All transactions on slovip are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). slovip does not facilitate multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion required by your payment provider is subject to their applicable exchange rates and fees, for which slovip bears no responsibility.
5. Betting and Gaming Rules
By placing any bet or wager on the slovip platform, you agree to the specific game rules and betting conditions applicable to each game or event. General betting rules applicable to all games on slovip include:
- All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be amended, cancelled, or withdrawn after confirmation except where explicitly permitted by a specific game's rules.
- In the event of a technical malfunction or connectivity failure during a game round, slovip will attempt to resolve the round using available game logs. Where a round cannot be resolved, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. Bets exceeding maximum limits may be voided at slovip's discretion.
- For live dealer games, the dealer's decision and the outcome displayed on the live stream constitute the final result. slovip bears no liability for decisions made based on data delays or stream interruptions on the player's end.
- For sports betting markets, all rules specific to each sport and market type are published within the betting section and form part of these Terms by reference.
All game results on slovip are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for RNG games, and by physical game equipment operated by live dealers for live casino games. slovip does not manipulate game outcomes.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
slovip may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms:
- Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited without recourse.
- Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified for each promotion and are calculated based on the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game type are specified in individual promotion terms.
- slovip reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to modify the terms of a bonus with reasonable notice.
- Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting promotional terms, or colluding with other players to farm bonuses, is prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the slovip platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and legal action where applicable:
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
- Using the platform while under the age of 21;
- Opening or operating multiple player accounts;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform;
- Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform;
- Colluding with other players or external parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional terms;
- Attempting to hack, interfere with, or disrupt the platform's systems, games, or security infrastructure;
- Selling, transferring, or pledging your account or any balance therein to any third party;
- Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
slovip reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct. During investigation, account access and withdrawals may be suspended. slovip's determination following investigation shall be final, subject to applicable regulatory review.
8. Responsible Gaming
slovip is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we provide tools and resources to help players maintain control:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Session Time Reminders: Players may set time-based reminders to alert them of the duration of their current gaming session.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for self-exclusion through their account settings or by contacting slovip support. Self-exclusion periods range from a minimum of six months to permanent exclusion.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the slovip platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and interface design elements, is the property of slovip or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works of any slovip content without express prior written consent from slovip.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, slovip's total liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the net deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the claim; or (b) PHP 10,000.
slovip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if slovip has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
slovip does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, and force majeure events may affect platform availability. slovip shall not be liable for losses arising from unavailability of the platform.
11. Account Suspension and Termination
slovip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms;
- Provision of false or misleading registration or KYC information;
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct;
- Regulatory instruction or court order;
- Player request for self-exclusion;
- Account inactivity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.
Upon closure for cause, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure is not for cause (e.g., voluntary closure by the player), any remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC verification.
12. Privacy
The collection, use, and protection of your personal data in connection with your use of slovip is governed by the slovip Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
slovip processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and game providers as required for the operation of the platform and compliance with applicable law.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, including non-contractual disputes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact slovip's support team to attempt informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or courts of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila.
Nothing in this clause shall limit slovip's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
